• Prosperity causes us to get soft and abandon the disciplines that got us to enjoy it to begin with.

• To survive success, you have to get back in the game.

• Too many dealers are wallowing in the short term success but have gotten away from basic disciplines that will help them in the long-term.

• Complacency isn't about the hours you put in, it's about what you put in the hours.

• Our biggest vulnerability is the one we're not aware of. If we don't see complacency as a threat we are never going to fix it.
